3rd Annual United Way

Community Makeover

Nine area volunteer teams were recently paired with eleven United Way partner agencies.  The agencies submitted a "wish list" of areas in their agencies that needed a makeover.  Extra funds to remodel an office or even funds to make needed repairs are often not available.  The volunteer teams are working to remedy that situation.  When all projects are completed awards will be presented at an Extreme Makeover Awards Breakfast.  A big thanks to the volunteer teams and their work for the community! Click here for complete information on last year's projects.

A big thank you to Lowe's Home Improvement Store for providing a 25% discount for materials purchased for the projects.
