Ronda Lehman joined Mercy in 1995, and now currently serves as President of the Lima Market of Bon Secours Mercy Health. Ronda works to fulfill the mission of BSMH throughout the region- of improving the quality and access to care for the poor, dying and underserved.
Ronda received her B.S. in pharmacy from Ohio Northern University (ONU), her Pharm.D. from The Ohio State University and an MBA at Tiffin University. She also completed the Executive Management Program for Pharmacy Leaders at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2014, Ronda obtained her fellow status with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Currently she serves on various community boards: The Greater Lima Region, Inc., The Lima Area YMCA, The First National Bank of Pandora and the Ohio Northern University Board of Trustees. She also provides guest lecturers at The University of Findlay and Ohio Northern University.
Ronda and her husband Gerald reside on a farm near Lima. In addition to attending their three children’s activities, she enjoys playing the piano, running, swimming, canning, gardening and reading.
Meet Jason May
Jason May is a Private Banker with State Bank and Trust who believes in the power of helping individuals reach their financial dreams will pay more dividends then ever imagined. He began his journey in banking after completing his Business Administration degree right here in Lima. He has been in the industry for over 13 years and loves working with his clients and building those long-term relationships.
His biggest accomplishment to date has been receiving the Young Leader of the Year award at the Allen County Chamber Gala in 2018 sponsored by Mercy Health Systems and given by his co-chair Rhonda Lehman.
Jason May lives in Ottawa with his wife Nicole and his two daughters; Lauren 16 and Delaney 12. He enjoys volunteering his time within the communities he works as a Findlay Kiwanian, a Shawnee Optimist, Treasurer for LODDI, Board Member for Cancer Patient Services, multiple committees for The Lima Allen County Chamber of Commerce, and a Chamber Ambassador in Findlay and Lima. When he is not volunteering, he enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing and enjoying an occasional bonfire with his family and neighbors.
